Nagrzać
piekarnik do temperatury 170 stopni (dolna grzałka). Blaszkę duża wysmarować (samo dno) masłem i wyłożyć
papierem do pieczenia. Nie smarować boków.<br />
Oddzielić białka
od żółtek. Proszek do pieczenia i ocet dodać do żółtek i
roztrzepać trzepaczką do połączenia się składników. Białka
ubijać na sztywno ze szczyptą soli ,stopniowo dosypując cukier.
Gdy piana zrobi się szklista i sztywna dodać żółtka i wszystko
razem zmiksować. Do tak ubitej masy dodać stopniowo przesiane mąki
i delikatnie wymieszać. Ciasto przelać do formy i wstawić do
nagrzanego piekarnika. Piec ok. 35-40 minut. Zaraz po upieczeniu
wyciągnąć biszkopt z piekarnika i rzucić na podłogę z wysokości
ok. 50 cm, po czym wstawić z powrotem do piekarnika i pozostawić do
całkowitego wystudzenia,przy otwartych drzwiczkach. W ten sposób
usuwamy parę z ciasta , dzięki czemu biszkopt pozostaje idealnie

kokosowe. Wszystko delikatnie mieszamy łyżką. Blachę z
piekarnika wyścielamy papierem do pieczenia i wylewamy na nia
powstałą mase . Wstawiamy do nagrzanego piekarnika. Pieczemy

od białek. Białka miksujemy na sztywną pianę po czym nie
przerywając miksowania dodajemy partiami cukier. Gdy już piana
będzie sztywna i lśniąca, wlewamy rozmieszane żółtka i połowę
oleju. Delikatnie mieszamy i wlewamy pozostały olej i wsypujemy
przesianą mąkę z proszkiem do pieczenia. Mieszamy aż składniki
dokładnie się połączą, ale uważamy aby piana nie opadła.
Formę 32x23 cm smarujemy olejem i obsypujemy tartą bułką.
Wykładamy na nią połowę ciasta. Nierównomiernie rozprowadzamy.
Pozostałe ciasto dzielimy na dwie części. Do jednej wsypujemy
kakao a do drugiej mak. Mieszamy. Dużą łyżką wykładamy na
zmianę raz ciasto z makiem a raz kakaowe ciasto. Wstawiamy blaszkę
z ciastem do nagrzanego piekarnika i w temperaturze 180 stopni
pieczemy około 40-45 minut. Przestudzone ciasto wyjmujemy z formy i
oblewamy polewą czekoladową. Miód, cukier i maslo ogrzewać w garnku do rozpuszczenia
cukru.. Nie gotować.<br /> Zostawić masę do ostudzenia. Następnie
dodać mąkę wymieszaną z przyprawami, szczyptę soli, jajka i sodę
rozmieszaną w mleku. Wyrobić ciasto mikserem. <br />Przełożyć
ciasto do szklanego,, emaliowanego,, lub kamionkowego naczynia.
Przykryć ściereczką i odstawić w zimne miejsce (np. do lodówki)
na 5 - 6 tygodni. <br /> Po tym czasie wyjąć ciasto z lodówki.
Podzielić je na 3części.<br />Przygotować blaszki. Takie jakie
chcemy mieć pierniki-. Blaszki wysmarowane i wyłożone papierem.
Każdy kawałek ciasta rozwałkować i włożyć do blaszki.<br />Piec
w piekarniku nagrzanym do 170 stopni C termoobieg, przez około 20
minut .Sprawdzić patyczkiem, czy są upieczone. Ciasta wyłożyć na
kratkę do pieczenia, aby wystygły.<br />Wystudzone pierniki
posmarować dżemem śliwkowym przykryć papierem do pieczenia i ściereczka
,obciążyć .Pozostawić tak na około 4-5 dni.Polać polewą
czekoladowa,przeciąć na dowolne kawałki.</span></h3>
